The bells have been clanging sadly all day in remembrance of the Crucifixion. Tonight, everyone on Symi lit a candle and followed the procession of the Epitaphios from their local church. Down at the harbour, the procession was beautiful complete with noisy fireworks, bangers and dynamite!
